Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the tags and packaging intact. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the refund. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy:

If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, you can request an exchange. To initiate the exchange process, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a description of the issue. We will provide you with a return label to send the product back to us. Once we receive the product and verify the issue, we will send you a replacement product. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
